I am happy to announce the December 2010 ROCKtropian of the Month. This is an ongoing feature that will be announced near the beginning of every month. You could be next! John Conner GUNNER

1. How long have you been playing in Entropia Universe?
In total 3 years with a few breaks here and there.

2. What made you travel to ROCKtropia?
I travelled to the Rock to try out some new mobs, it was going to be a short visit but I would never leave now.

3. What do you like most about ROCKtropia?
The community, most players are so nice I find myself stood in City Of Dreams for hours just chatting.

4. What is your favorite thing to do in EU? (hunting, mining, crafting, etc…)
Hunting I try to do a few hunts everyday if I can, plus it is a real blast in a team.

5. What would you like to see in ROCKtropia?
The main item missing for me is the shops, I would love to get a market stall to sell my looted weapons and other items I find.

6. What is your favorite area/land on RT?
ZomHattern it is like a scene from all those classic zombie films, deserted city full of undead trying to eat you alive.

7. What is your favorite creature/monster on RT?
That would be the Motorheads I seem to get some very nice items from them.

8. What is it you want to be known for most on ROCKtropia?
Helping new players either with my tutorial videos or just answering questions in COD.

ROCKtropian of the Month is awarded to players that consistently exemplify great game play, great attitudes and great citizenship in the ROCKtropian Community. This month’s award winner is often found leading Swunts and sweat teams around the City of Dreams, helping new players get accustomed to this amazing planet we call home. She is also an active hunter and trader, and even hosts her own radio show on Atlas Haven Radio. The Rocktropian community is proud to have her as a member and leader! ROCKtropian of the Month is awarded to individuals who demonstrate a commitment to the community of ROCKtropia. This month’s winner is running a very busy trading empire, keeping hunters miners and crafters stocked with supplies, and also buying loots and resources, helping to keep ROCKtropia’s economy in a strong growth phase. He is also active in the community, running events, hunts and lots of fun social activities. In short, Narfi is just the sort of player that makes ROCKtropia a better place. 1. How long have you been playing in Entropia Universe?
A: Well, I guess it’s been 6 months now. Ever since just before the days of Skeezer as ROTM. Was there for his first congrats.

2. What made you travel to ROCKtropia?
A: Was born here. But what made me choose ROCKtropia? Rock music, mostly. That and I had tried Calypso years ago and got so bored.

3. What do you like most about ROCKtropia?
A: The community! (times a zillion) The community is what keeps me here for the long haul. We’re tight knit. Everybody knows everybody (to steal a line from a Country Western tune). Everyone’s all about having a good time and helping people out.

4. What is your favorite thing to do in EU? (hunting, mining, crafting, etc…)
A: That’d have to be a tie between glitch/goofy dancing and hunting. Guess I’d have to go with Goofy Glitch Dance Hunting… yeah, that’s the best

5. What would you like to see in ROCKtropia?
A: Shops, apartments, etc,etc aside (since we already know y’all are working on those),

* ROCKtropia specific vehicles and ROCKtropia specific vehicle decals (like flaming guitars and Rock band logos)
* Live ingame DJs who play different types of stuff during different times.
* A big circular dance stage in the CoD club with a glass floor and strobe lights (stage would be in the middle of the auction counter about the height of that ledge… just knock out some concrete and let’s dance!!!)
* Music videos on the billboards. Would be awesome to be driving along and lookup and see, eherm, STATIC-X playing on one of the billboard screens. WOot!

6. What is your favorite area/land on RT?
A: I like CoD for hanging out with people. Love the platform on top of the CND tower for parties. Love exploring the land region with all it’s canyons near Whiteline (and that bridge there is just plain amazing looking from a distance)

7. What is your favorite creature/monster on RT?
A: Favorite monsters for the design of them are Motorheads and love hunting those solo or in 2-3 person teams. But by far my favorite one to hunt is Opalo hunting Joplin Dragons with 12 guns like we do almost nightly on the Special. WOot!

8. What is it you want to be known for most on ROCKtropia?
A: Hopefully as a funloving person and someone new players can come to for advice.

9. What music would you like to hear on CND?
A: Ahh, glad you asked… Static-X: I’m With Stupid… probably one of my favorite songs <—- ROCKtropia FTW!!!! WOot!

1. How long have you been playing in Entropia Universe?
A: I have been playing Entropia for 3 months.

2. What made you travel to ROCKtropia?
A: Well, I’m native ROCKtropian. I was influenced by the visuals of Rocktropia’s site.

3. What do you like most about ROCKtropia?
A: I think player can be adapted very easily here. Not so big , not so small ….perfect. I can go with my eyes closed. The layout of everything is very good. Apart from that I can feel at home and can have more intimate friendships here. I love the urban-industrial style of ROCKtropia.

4. What is your favorite thing to do in EU? (hunting, mining, crafting, etc…)
A: All of them + exploring and checking auctions daily…. FLIES TO DIE …. to have fun with FinalDeath in the ring !!! lol

5. What would you like to see in ROCKtropia?
A: Special ROCKtropia ONLY stuff and to see the population grow.

6. What is your favorite area/land on RT?
A: New Harlem Express Way – Vampire Cathedral Back Garden – Tangerine

7. What is your favorite creature/monster on RT?
A: Vixens (for obvious reasons…), Vamps , Zombies and Werewolves. FLYING DRAGONS ! They are all really cool.

8. What is it you want to be known for most on ROCKtropia?
A: Miner – crafter – a lucky hunter and the player here know as the best and most famous member of ABRAXAS.

1. How long have you been playing in Entropia Universe?
A. I have been playing Entropia approximately 5 yrs now.

2. What made you travel to ROCKtropia?
A. Spart & Curiosity! Once we saw the potential of this new planet, we decided to stay to help get the economy started. It’s been hard at times, but, nothing new is ever easy eh? hehe

3. What do you like most about ROCKtropia?
A. I love the diversity of the people. I love getting to know them all. People share little snippets of their lives with me & i love that little bit of trust they put in me. The RT Staff have been amazing!! So easy to get along & have a laugh with … Thank you for all the events you have created & the time you have taken with us all! You do all you can to make things fun for us all! Without you guys, i wouldn’t be getting this ROTM!

4. What is your favorite thing to do in EU? (hunting, mining, crafting, etc…)
A. My favorite things to do are, hunting, crafting and hanging out making new friends! Healing the newbie swunt groups, helping them with info etc. Going exploring/driving with Spart!

5. What would you like to see in ROCKtropia?
A. What i would like to see is the economy grow on RT. SHOPS!! Gimme Shops!! … People to have some stamina & to stick at it, EU is not easy, you have to work hard at it & it IS tempting just to give up … Taming coming back & being able to tame a dragon, equip a saddle & ride round on a dragon … And!! I wanna Motorbike/Harley/Trike made outta bones & chrome, Pink & Black hehe. Better music selection please! More Rock music! Less of the dancey shyte.

6. What is your favorite area/land on ROCKtropia?
A. Favorite Land Area/place has to be All of it haha … There’s different things to do/hunt in different places. The Diversity is so good depending on yer mood at the time, whut yer wanna do.

7. What is your favorite creature/monster on ROCKtropia?
A. I like the zombies, wolves stalkers & the pop dragons. Man, those zombies are stinking the place up, they need eradicating … hehe

8. What is it you want to be known for most on ROCKtropia?
A. Just being me. Helping people out as much as i’m able too. Oh and ofc, Teaching yer’s all to bloody taalk proppa liek whut I dis hahaha…
